Alyssa Mazzone is a student at Marist University. At Marist, Alyssa is a business administration and management major and a music and vocal studies minor. She has previously been seen on stage in numerous local and professional productions since the age of 18 months old with St. John Villa Academy, St. George Theatre, St. Peter's Boys High School, Notre Dame Academy, In The Wings Productions, Broadway Workshop, Moore Catholic High School, Marist College, Radio City Music Hall, and many more! Additionally, Alyssa has been the writer, assistant composer, and director of numerous original musicals. Alyssa is also a licensed / certified voice teacher through New York Vocal Coaching, where she trained under Justin Stoney. Alyssa has been passionate about helping others her entire life and is beyond excited that this company is able to combine her three biggest passions: performing, disability advocacy and awareness, and fundraising!

Deputy Executive Director / Founder
Dahlia Lau attends Wagner College for Arts Administration. She played classical piano for 10 years and began writing music around the age of 10. Her hobbies include writing poetry, plays, and short stories. Her theatre journey began at Moore Catholic High School, where she was seen in Seussical, Shrek the Musical, Noises Off, and Newsies. She was recently seen in Men On Boats at Wagner College, where her original play entitled Death Do Us Part will also be produced. Although Dahlia enjoys performing on stage, her primary focus lies behind the scenes, where she specializes in areas such as live sound engineering, video production, and social media management. Dahlia has composed music for three original musicals at ImpACT: Make It Far, Behind Closed Doors, and Pages of Hope. She has a big heart for mental health awareness, art, and helping others. She looks forward to covering all these topics through ImpACT Theatre and upcoming projects!

Matthew Mazzone is President of Mazzone Ace Hardware Corp., a four-store chain located in New York City. Throughout his time with Ace, Mr. Mazzone has served as a member of the Paint and Children Miracle Network Retailer Input Teams, as well as the Ace Retailer Group Leader Advisory Board. He also served on Benjamin Moore’s local and national retailer advisory councils. Mr. Mazzone currently serves on the Board of Directors of Ace Hardware, as well as the Board of Directors for Ace International Holdings, Ltd.. Mr. Mazzone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from St. John’s University.

Isabella Barbarino is a current student at Seton Hall University. During her time in high school she was a part of the Viking Players, St. Peter’s Drama, and the Minty Awards. Isabella has been in numerous productions since the age of ten, including : My Fair Lady, Les Miserables, Behind Closed Doors, Guys and Dolls, and How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying. Isabella is also a Minty winner for Outstanding Featured Dancer. Isabella is very passionate about dance and has been a competitive dancer at Miss Caroline’s Dance Elite. Isabella has been a part of ImpACT Theatre since and can be seen in numerous productions and events. She is very proud to be a part of the ImpACT Family and hopes to help the community through music.
